Bakhtiari nomads in Iran are the largest nomadic people in the world. Ahmad is a father living with his children among the Zagros Mountains in Khuzestan province, Iran. The movie depicts the hardships of their nomadic life and the dreams of the children who are unable to go to school.

Directors’ bio:

Zahra Sahar Badpeima has worked as an assistant director and editor in several Iranian films. Impassable Dream is her debut film as director.
