A short documentary on physiologist SL Bhatia who insisted that medicine needs humanities. The film reimagines his life through archival photographs and objects.

Directors’ bio:

Meera Krishnamurthy is a freelance animation film maker based in Bangalore, Karnataka. She has a Masters degree in Digital Media Arts from Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology in Bangalore, 2018 and a Bachelors degree in Biotechnology from Sir MVIT, Bangalore. In 2020, she won the open call for animation by Bagri Foundation, UK and was commissioned to make a short. In 2023, she was the coordinator in a project implemented by India Foundation for the Arts with SL Bhatia History of Medicine Museum.
