This is a story of a young girl’s day at school, bright and cheerful until the sound of gunshots rings in her ears. Her best friend dies in the shooting, and she must walk through the tainted hallways of her school once again. This animation is dedicated to the victims of school shooting tragedies.

Directors’ bio:

Renee Shi was born in Fairfax, Virginia, and is the daughter of two first-generation Chinese immigrants. At 14 years old, she is currently a student at Langley High School. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, animating, writing, and crocheting. She is an avid advocate of gun control and founded the all-girls non-profit organization “Girls Against Gun Violence” to help the victims of gun violence.
